Chapter 6. Sending commands to a Hive cell

In order to send commands to a remote Hive cell, an agent needs to send commands through a Cell's CellControlAgent. This agent acts as the security manager for the cell by determining whether commands such as "create new agent", or "shutdown cell" are allowed to get through to the cell.
